Quick Tips

  • You don't need to buy special race shoes.

  • Wear the shoes 2-3 hours around the house to break them in before running in them.

  • Shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles.

  • Sunscreen may not be a bad idea.

  • Avoid a heavy meal 30 min. before practice.
